Vault ’26 Conference Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your purchase. We look forward to having you attend the Vault ’26 Conference.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern attendance and participation in the Vault ’26 Conference (the “Event”). If you (“Attendee”) do not agree, please do not attend.
1. Identification Requirements
Attendees must present valid, government-issued photo identification matching the name on their ticket. Acceptable forms include:

Passport
Failure to provide proper identification will result in denial of entry without refund.
2. Ticketing, Transfers, and Badge Policy
Attendees must have a valid ticket and credential.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless authorized in writing by Bet-David Consulting, LLC (“Company”).
- Unauthorized resale, duplication, or sharing will result in cancellation without refund.
- Transfers or name changes may be allowed at the Company’s discretion at the onsite Help Desk (fees may apply).
- Entry requires badge scanning and security screening.
- Lost or damaged credentials may be replaced at the Company’s discretion (fees may apply).
No one under 13 is permitted. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Security and Entry Screening
All persons and belongings are subject to inspection.
Refusal to comply will result in denial of entry or removal without refund.
Prohibited items include:
- Weapons or sharp objects
- Illegal substances
- Outside food or beverages (unless approved)
- Professional recording equipment
- Drones
- Signs, banners, or noise devices
- Large bags (over 12" x 6" x 12")
- Unauthorized promotional materials
Violations may result in removal or law enforcement involvement.
4. Accessibility and Accommodations
The Company complies with ADA requirements. Accommodation requests can be made in advance via [email protected] or onsite.
5. Service Animals
Only ADA-defined service animals are allowed. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted.
6. Seating
- General admission is first-come, first-served
- Reserved seating may apply to certain ticket tiers
- Seat saving is prohibited
- Reentry to the same seat is not guaranteed
7. Hotel Accommodations
The Company is not responsible for third-party hotel bookings or policies.
8. Health and Safety Protocols
Attendees must comply with all safety protocols.
- Loud audio and visual effects may be present
- Ear protection is recommended
- Strobe lighting may affect sensitive individuals
Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk. The Company is not liable except in cases of gross negligence.
9. Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is only available to attendees 21+ with valid ID.
- Consumption is limited to designated areas
- Service may be denied for intoxication
- Violations may result in removal
10. Code of Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or unsafe conduct will result in removal without refund and possible bans from future events.
11. Online Conduct
These rules extend to event-related digital platforms. Violations may result in removal from communities and future events.
12. Solicitation Policy
Unauthorized solicitation or promotion is prohibited and may result in removal.
13. Recordings and Publicity Release
By attending, you grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your name, image, voice, or likeness for promotional purposes.
- No compensation will be provided
- Attendees may not record or distribute event content without permission
- Violations result in removal and forfeiture of tickets
14. Press and Media Access
Media must be approved in advance and wear credentials at all times.

15. No Guarantee of Results
The Company makes no guarantees about outcomes from attending. Content is for informational purposes only.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Florida law.
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association.
17. Conduct and Removal
The Company reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees without refund for violations or disruptive behavior.
18. Program Changes
Event details (speakers, schedule, etc.) may change without refund.
19. Customer Refund Policy
Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.
Force Majeure
If the Event is postponed due to uncontrollable circumstances, tickets will transfer to a new date. If not rescheduled within 180 days, a credit may be issued.
Customer Satisfaction
Refunds may be granted only during the Event, if:
- You attend through the Day 2 afternoon break
- You request the refund at the Help Desk during that time
Non-Attendance
No refunds or credits for failure to attend.
Multiple Tickets
Refunds apply to the lowest-priced tickets first.
Processing Fees
Refunds may be reduced by processing fees.
20. Amendments to Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued attendance constitutes acceptance.
